YSDK Lucknow hosts a charitable dispensary called “Paramahansa Yogananda Aushadhalaya” which was started in 2012. It is situated within the premises and is open every day for devotees and general public. The clinic is served by a team of competent Homeopathic and Allopathic doctors and provides free consultancy and medicines to those in need. The clinic frequently organizes free medical and dental camps in the premises.

The Kendra also has an ultrasonography machine. Free ultrasounds are done by an Ultrasonologist to do for those in need.
